I've said it three times already, haven't I? I'll say it again: It's the Big Wave tutorial! :dummy:

This was an idea/request/suggestion from ~MotoNeko. I can't believe I actually remembered this. OwO. I thought 'Why not?' and wooshhhh, made this in my free time. :la:

If anyone remembers my entry for JKSketchy's contest, they'll surely recognize this. For those who don't, now you know. [link]
Here's the tutorial on how to make the big, sparkly wave. :dummy:

As mentioned, this is a tutorial for Photoshop Elements, but I added the tools for Paint Tool Sai in there, since I know some peoples who prefer Sai. :3

If anything's not clear (like letters that fell away, that you can't read at all, etc.), let me know.
I tried my best to translate the different steps and tools for you.

Note: for those who have a keen eye for details, the wave gets smaller at the end. That's a tiny mistake from my part. I lost the first version and had to redo the whole thing. But please don't mind the change in size.:iconcrycryplz:

i like this kind of long tutorial's i learn a lot from it ^^

i think you are mistaking on something:
you only used Photoshop only .... you were the source of the Elements :aww:
